Welcome! I'm an Assistant Professor at the Thrust of Innovation, Policy and Entrepreneurship (IPE), Society Hub at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), with a joint appointment at the Thrust of Carbon Neutrality and Climate Change. I received my Ph.D. in Economics at UC Santa Cruz in 2025. During 2024-2025, I was an exchange Ph.D. student at UC Berkeley ARE.
